Objective
We collaborated with the Toronto Community Housing (TCHC) to design a community Parkette for the residents of the 3847 Lawrence Ave East. This design was created with the hopes of staying as true to the community's needs and wants as much as possible while being budget effective.

Workshop
A workshop was held with the community on 24th February, 2020 to get a better understanding of who they are and what they would like in their new parkette. Some of the thing that we discovered that they would like were a gazebo, multi-purpose court, out-door gym, playground, barbecue area, and a movie screening area.
